This blog is a bit late, but as they say better late than never! I was so excited when Tawny Lynn Photography reached out to me about second shooting this beautiful backyard wedding. Loreen and Richard had a small, intimate wedding at Richards fathers house that overlooked the beautiful Santa Clarita mountains.
At the entrance they had a beautiful setup with a Jenga game for guests to sign - my new favorite type of guest book!! The family was so sweet and welcoming, and Tawny and I had a blast capturing their moments. Everything in the backyard was so gorgeous, the bar had fun drinks themed for the couple, and the food table had the CUTEST cookies I've ever seen!
During the ceremony I got my favorite type of groom photo - them tearing up as the bride walks down the aisle. Loreen and Richard mixed sand to symbolize their mixing of each other into one. It was beautifully done and so much fun to witness their love. After that we got some time in the front yard for bride and groom photos. The weather was perfect and gave us such warm and lovely pictures!
This backyard wedding was just beautiful and I loved being able to help capture it. I wish Loreen and Richard the best for their future together!
